I utilize an integrative approach to therapy while combining Dialectical Behavior Therapy & Cognitive Behavior Therapy. My priority is to support individuals while they gain confidence, independence, and competency to live a more fulfilling life.

I believe in showing up as an authentic human in therapy. Creating safety in attachments is a priority for me but otherwise I do not have a singular approach. I am a great therapist for folks who are open to trying different things to see what fits.

We are not just going to focus on "how" you go to where you are. Instead, we are going to be moving toward change so that you can accomplish your goals. I don't like to see clients merely coping. I like to see them changing, improving, and thriving.
