I take a non-judgmental approach with all my clients no matter what they bring to the therapy space. Listening carefully, reflecting back, gentle challenges, and infusing all parts of the process with compassion (and sometimes humor!) are my style.

A person who comes to me for therapy is having problems related to their emotions (ie. anxiety, depression); relationships and self esteem issues and whose goal is to work in therapy on developing strategies to deal with these problems.
