I’m not very ‘formal’ and I don’t believe that therapy is one-size-fits-all! Therapy can be a place to get things off your chest, dive deep into issues, and practice new skills. It's okay to cry AND laugh in therapy! I'll meet you where you are.

If you are looking for a therapist with a blank, neutral face who gives an occasional "mhm" while you vent for 50 minutes, I'm not your guy. I think if you're doing therapy right, it is not going to be easy. Sometimes we have to hurt to heal.
