We will begin by building a solid foundation of trust and safety. From there, we will collaboratively set therapy goals which will guide the interventions and approaches utilized. I utilize an integrative and flexible approach to therapy.
Together, we will explore patterns in your relationships, and work to establish relationships that are healthy, and meaningful. We will also explore unhealthy patterns keeping you stuck, and work to heal and resolve these issues.

My approach is highly relational. When working with me you can expect to feel nurtured, validated, and heard. Deeply rooted patterns of behavior may also emerge. At this time I collaborate with you to develop coping resources, and healthy boundaries.

I practice from a Psychodynamic orientation which focuses on how our early experiences with our caregivers shape our view of ourselves, others, and the world. Through exploring underlying conflicts, we can work together to make meaningful changes.
