I am a huge advocate for helping others become equipped with the tools they need to overcome the obstacles within their lives. The best way to do this is to work on issues as a collaborative team.
We'll discuss managing stress. Much of the time (and without meaning to, of course), we human beings feed into our own stress. We do this by repeating old mental habits that are no longer serving us well. The good news is that habits can be changed!
