Natalie uses several modalities in treatment, including Child Parent Psychotherapy, dyadic treatment for children (birth to 5) and their parents, play therapy, art therapy, and sand tray therapy.
We will discuss and work on a variety of issues or concerns: communication, relationship issues, family of origin and childhood trauma, anxiety and other emotional disturbances, and any areas the client feels "stuck" or "in survival mode".
