My approach to therapy: I’m not very ‘formal’ and I don’t believe that therapy is one-size-fits-all! Therapy can be a place to get things off your chest, dive deep into issues, and practice new skills. It's okay to cry AND laugh in therapy! I'll meet you where you are.
