I will allow you to set the agenda and pace for each session. I partner with you to explore your relationship to your mind, body, and spirit. I will empower you with tools you can use outside of sessions to continue making progress.

We will identify patterns and barriers that have kept you stuck and reconnect you with your authentic self so you can live the life you truly desire.

I am most passionate about working with "high-achieving" adults who are experiencing an identity crisis resulting from chronic people pleasing, burnout, or a spiritual awakening.
