Personable, empathetic, compassionate and calm, dedicated to supporting my clients in therapy. I incorporate humor and smiles when appropriate.
My therapeutic style is collaborative, client-centered, relational and psychodynamic. I am an eclectic therapist that draws from a variety of frameworks and methods, including but not limited to CBT, DBT & Lifespan Integration.
Create a safe space to explore core beliefs, patterns, emotions, challenging experiences/trauma and as we navigate your healing, self discovery and growth.
I specialize in working with adolescents (16+) and adults who dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationships, family of origin, ADHD, Autism and more.
I enjoy being able to empower people and providing a space for one to be seen, heard and understood.
I offer both in-person and Telehealth appointments.
I often work with the Asian American and the adoptee communities, though everyone is welcome to my practice! I generally work with individuals only and do not currently provide group or couple's therapy at this time.
