My approach to counseling looks at how our early experiences influences our current circumstances. I will encourage you to speak freely in session so we can explore the patterns and behaviors that impact your life, and where they stem from.
We will discuss a variety of topics in our sessions, and no topic is off limits. Anything that comes up for you is something we can explore. Relationships, fears, mood, sex, body image, memories, identity- it is all welcomed in our sessions.
I believe that mental health should be treated with equal importance to physical health. I am passionate about ending the stigma and helping clients.
