Depending on your needs, we may use parts work, somatic and mindfulness approaches, or the brain-based therapy, EMDR, to address anxiety. My goal is to help you move through anxiety, embrace your full self, and live in alignment with your values.

Along with telehealth sessions, I offer outdoor walk and talk therapy sessions for clients hoping to experience the therapeutic effects of nature.
