I have been described as empathetic, compassionate, and a good listener. Other descriptions included fair, consistent, and "outside the box".

To describe my approach is to use the adage, "meeting the individual where they are". I would further describe this as one, "willing to walk through the process with you". Focus will always involve identifying and removing barriers to functioning.

Together, we will work toward the rediscovery of YOU-whether that be identifying barriers (past and present) which hinder growth or working to regain your presence in your personal story. Together we will work toward growth and development.

Believe they have lost who they are. Additionally those who struggle with addiction. Also I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma. I work with all populations.

Since adolescence, I have been a person many naturally draw toward and confide in. My thoughts are that this career chooses its professionals.
