I like to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which helps us tackle habits you may want to break or negative thoughts about yourself. Along with CBT I place an emphasis on self-compassion and helping you identify what you like about yourself
discuss negative habits/thought patterns and how to change them. Oftentimes these are the root cause of why people find themselves stuck and getting out of that stuck spiral is not easy. There is no shame in asking for help.
