I don't use the same approach for each person. Each person needs something different and I will make sure I am only using approaches that feel comfortable for the client. However, I often use approaches like CBT, DBT, meditation, and holistic tools.
We will focus on your strengths, acknowledge the parts that need working on, address family and historical concepts that are relevant, work at your pace, and find deep meaning, connection, and growth through working together.
Who have anxiety symptoms such as racing thoughts, fast beating heart, sleep problems, relationship issues, and have a hard time doing things socially. I also specialize in sleep issues, PTSD, and depression.
It truly fills my cup. Being able to help people, learn about them, and aiding in people's progress is incredibly rewarding for me.
I offer therapy through an online portal called Simple Practice. I am able to offer anyone in Virginia and South Carolina telehealth therapy.
I started out in private practice for myself about 5 years ago, but have grown into a group practice just this year. I also offer neurofeedback, which is a very niche modality but is very effective for anxiety, sleep problems, and ADHD.
