I work with individuals struggling with relationship conflict, identity concerns, perfectionism, grief, and social or work difficulties. I also work with couples and families to resolve conflicts and improve communication. I identify as South Asian.
I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Gottman method.
