My approach isn't one-size fits all: it matters to me that your therapy fits your needs. I use humor, warmth, and validation to create a safe space.
I strongly believe my clients are the experts in their own lives, and my job is to provide a therapeutic space that fosters safety, curiosity, and support as you work to improve your relationship with yourself, the people in your life, and the world.
Together, we'll walk through creating new and healthier ways of relating to yourself, others, and the world around you. I especially enjoy working faith concerns, relationship distress, LGBTQ+ concerns, coping skills, and trauma.
Many of my clients experience difficulty in their daily lives due to traumas, ongoing life stressors, or difficulties in their relationships with themselves or others. I have experience working with a wide array of populations and presentations.
I love to listen deeply and witness clients connect with and embrace their most vulnerable parts of themselves and their partners.
My office is located near major bus routes and close to I-215. It is ADA accessible.
When it comes to a successful therapy experience, the two most important elements are how much you like your therapist and how much effort you put into therapy—both in and out of sessions. I offer a free 15-minute consult to see if we're a goof fit.
