Open and genuine. My clients have told me I make them feel safe to show up just as they are.
I believe in the power of experiential work—not just talk therapy focused on the thinking brain (which would have solved the challenges if it could!). This approach bridges the gap between what we “know” and what we feel, creating lasting change.
Let’s work together to reconnect with your full self—mind, emotions, and body. By integrating these parts, we can deepen your understanding of your experiences and expand the choices available to you in how you engage with the world.
Adults who have been hurt by life and want to feel better. Trauma, depression/anxiety, transitions, self-worth, perfectionism, and relationship issues such as codependency are the types of issues I enjoy helping people with.
I'm passionate about helping people develop a heart for themselves and love witnessing the lightbulb moments. Becoming a therapist was a no-brainer!
I have two mini-dachshunds (Stella & Lulu) who like to pop on screen while you are in the comfort of your own space!
My work is trauma-informed. Too many times, our lived experience includes wounds that were never acknowledged or healed. I'll meet you where you're at with an open heart and help get you where you want to be. We might even have some fun!
