When working with me, you will feel heard and still challenged. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with some other methods as needed. I push a little but follow your lead. The ultimate goal is to develop the skills to no longer need me.

Take the time needed to vent and unload all of the baggage in a non-judgmental space, as well as learn, practice, and develop healthy coping skills. You are the expert on you. I guide you to see areas of change and provide you with a safety net.

Are typically between the ages of 12 and 70. I have experience with teens and adults, trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety and even everyday “I just need to vent” struggles. I also have an understanding of parenting and relationship struggles.

I discovered in 8th grade that I love to listen to other people’s problems and help them find solutions that will work best for them.

It is all virtual, so while that does not stand out in itself, I live in California but work with Texas clients as I am a Texas transplant.

I have experienced death, trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, self-doubt, etc. I have seen and experienced how important it is to have someone to unload and process with and I love to help others find the solutions that will work best for them.
