Safe, warm, and nurturing. Working together, you'll feel grounded, comforted, and gently challenged.
I’ll go at your pace, share in laughter (tears are embraced too!), and welcome every part of you. I blend a number of techniques based on your needs, including IFS and EMDR.
Heal relationship wounds, hold space for grief, and reduce anxiety. We'll build understanding and self-compassion for your thoughts, actions, memories, and emotions—especially the tough ones that brought you to therapy in the first place.
Are navigating grief and loss, anxiety, low self-worth, relational hurt, or past trauma. Many of my clients want to heal their relationship with their self and with others in their world.
It’s one of my life’s greatest honors to see my clients grow in awareness and confidence as they work to rewire their brains and live their values.
I'm trained in a number of therapies and blend them based on what each client needs. A common thread through it all is attachment and self-compassion.
I work at a practice that believes everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and valued. I value continual learning and social justice, so you can trust that I'm putting in work outside of the therapy room.
