Therapy with me begins by establishing a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in safety and trust. Everyone deserves to be seen, heard and valued.
My approach to therapy is direct and empowering, aimed at helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and effectively working through life’s challenges. I believe that therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable to be your true self.
As your therapist, I am committed to supporting you on your path to healing and growth. We will explore your concerns, uncover new insights, and work towards a more fulfilling and balanced life. I would be honored to be a part of your journey!
I am passionate about working with individuals, adults, and teens who are navigating life transitions, experiencing grief, facing relational challenges, struggling with identity issues, dealing with low-self worth and battling anxiety and depression.
I was able to heal through my own therapy journey. I have always been drawn to helping others navigate life's challenges, no one should be alone in it
At The Couch Therapy, we’re proud to be an inclusive, affirming practice that welcomes all identities and backgrounds.
Our goal is to match you with the best therapist to help you meet your personal goals. We offer free 15 minute consultations. Our mission is to make sure you feel truly heard and supported as we navigate your story.
