I am an unusual mental health professional in today's fragmented world as I can assess your need for psychotherapy and medication and provide the most appropriate treatment. I am interested in you as a whole person.

I do not direct the session but allow the work to unfold in an organic way. I foster a safe space in which to explore one's most difficult feelings and experiences.

I work with people who are seeking to understand themselves and the important people in their world. I also provide consultation to other mental health professionals.

I learned in medical school that I was most skilled at talking with people and understanding their emotional problems.

My office is on the top floor of the Frost Bank Building and has a panoramic view of Houston. It is quiet and private.

I am a faculty member at the Center for Psychoanalytic Studies and an Associate Clinical Professor at Baylor College of Medicine.
