Client's say it's as easy as talking to their best friend. I make them feel seen, heard, and understood. I am never judgmental and always open.
I approach all sessions collaboratively as I meet clients where they are at and what they need. I am a relational therapist, which means I am informal and talk to you like a normal person. You are treated as a co-creator, not a problem to be solved.
Create a life you are passionate about participating in. We will create an empowering space where you can talk, meditate, cry, create, laugh, and feel through moments too heavy to carry alone. We will discover what you need to build the life you want
Struggle to accept themselves. Whether it is because of their mental health, socioeconomic status, race, gender or sexual identity, trauma, body, or low self esteem, I enjoy helping people feel empowered by what makes them different.
I believe in the power of telling our story, feeling heard, and collaboratively working towards a life that fits the client.
My in person office, in addition to being beautiful, is also home to many spa and treatment practitioners.
I do not believe that there is a one size fits all to therapy. I believe in my clients and their dreams. I am never afraid to think outside the box and try something new. I am a holistic person. I believe we must address the mind, body, and spirit.
