May be struggling with self-esteem issues, life transitions, and relationship anxieties. I also love working with couples, including premarital work. We’ll address patterns that once protected you, but may now hinder meaningful relationships.

When I was a nurse, I realized I desired to help in a different way—by creating space for people to share and be heard in their hardest moments.

Currently, I offer only virtual services to Texas residents.

I’m happy to include faith in our work if it’s important to you. As a Christian, I’m open to integrating spirituality, but I also enjoy working with clients of any or no faith, always focusing on what feels most comfortable or helpful for you.
