Empowering, warm, non-judgmental, and caring. I am here to support you while offering different perspectives to help you live the life you deserve.
My primary modality is person-centered therapy, meaning I will meet you wherever you are in your journey. I will point out potential harmful thoughts and patterns that could be hindering your growth, but my priority is making sure you feel heard.
Work to create healthier patterns of thought, behavior, and actions to increase happiness and to break free from unhealthy habits and ways of thinking. We will increase confidence by improving self-esteem and setting boundaries in relationships.
I primarily work with adolescents and young adults who are going through life transitions and need guidance processing their feelings. I help clients find their inner strength to make decisions that best fit their needs.
I saw how mental health struggles can negatively impact young adults, especially when unnoticed or untreated, and want to end the stigma!
I utilize a holistic approach meaning I see the whole person (physical, emotional, social, spiritual well-being) and implement all aspects in my work!
I strive to engage your mind, body and heart in the healing process to get you to wherever you want to be in life. I utilize YOUR strengths and help you to see that you have the power within you to make whatever change you would like.
