Someone who listens without judgement. Offers a space to vent and wants to help find solutions with a healthy amount of humor.
I work collaboratively with my clients to deepen their understanding of themselves, learn coping skills for managing sadness and worry, and better utilize their strengths. I believe therapy is about YOU and what you need out of it.
Explore coping skills to help manage worrying and sadness, and learn new skills to navigate relationship challenges in a nonjudgemental space.
Struggle with managing their fears and worries about life, and themselves, and feel stuck trying to control the uncontrollable. I work with clients who are trying to find joy and manage the feelings they experience when they cannot.
I support organizations that fight against mental health stigma and believe we should all try to treat each other with kindness whenever possible. I have way too many houseplants. I play video games, but I'm not very good and I enjoy fantasy media.
