Clients find me easy to talk to, as I am a compassionate and non-judgmental listener.
We work at your pace. My approach is holistic; I believe in tending to mind, body and spirit. We explore the impact of feelings, relationships and past experiences, as well as environment (i.e. work, where you live), sleep habits, etc.
We will explore how family dynamics, childhood experiences and/or trauma maybe impacting you in the present. We will work to address these issues through a combination of talk therapy, mindfulness and somatic practices.
Struggle with self-acceptance, experience depression, anxiety, relationship issues and/or C-PTSD. My work includes helping clients navigate relationships with emotionally unavailable/immature parents and adults.
