Are navigating young adulthood/late teen years. I have many years of experience working with teens and young adults including but not limited to individuals, couples, families, parent/child relationships and folx who are entering new phases of life.

I am passionate about helping others! I worked for 10 years in community non-profits and found myself longing for more deep and connected work.

I started Therapy Unbound because I believe most folx don't fit into society's boxes. I'm here to tell you, not only is that ok, it's what makes our world and society rich and unique! I want my clients to feel unbound, unboxed and empowered.
