Energetic, upbeat, and empathetic. I like to come to session as my authentic self and urge my clients to do the same.
I use dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to help my clients regulate their emotions and intrusive thoughts. However, I also use a combination of therapeutic techniques to meet the individual needs of each of my clients.
