Working with me feels like talking to a friend with experience and knowledge in the field of mental health.
My main modality for therapy is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which stems from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT.) I specialize in working with people to identify when they are not present and teach them how to become present.
Together we will identify goals for treatment and objectives how to reach those goals. My work is somatic in nature so should be able to identify where feelings are coming form in the body and how to breath into them.
I work with people of all races, social classes, gender identities, religions, and ethnicities. I believe that no problem or concern area is too far from the core of the human experience.
I became a therapist because I want to help people become their best selves.
I offer in person therapy at a yoga studio.
