In sessions we focus a lot on looking at changing how we think while learning new skills. I also prioritize therapy being a team effort and will participate in our conversations as appropriate, including sharing feedback if you want it.
Find new ways to handle mental health symptoms and emotions so that you can move forward in your life in a way that you feel good about. Reaching out for help can be intimidating, but it's not something you have to do alone.
Want to change how they navigate anxiety, panic, stress, and chronic or new illness or pain. A lot of times stress and anxiety is related to depression or past experiences, like childhood trauma, which we can also work on together.
