I bring humor, sincerity, and genuine connection into each of my sessions. I try to follow my clients' leads to make their experience fully their own!
I often use humanistic, cognitive-behavioral therapy, internal family systems, and attachment theory in my work. These approaches allow us to explore the roots of your experiences, values, and patterns in order to better understand who you are.
Empower you to achieve your goals. This may look like helping you feel more confident setting healthy boundaries, better understanding where "unhealthy" coping methods come from, or working to feel more comfortable with yourself.
I value and honor human connection. I consider it a privilege to know & share space with each of my clients and to be a part of their unique journeys.
Our office features sensory toys, sandtrays, art supplies, and other tools for fostering creativity during the therapy process.
