I’m often described as relatable and open-minded. I'm someone who will support you but challenge you in ways you can grow emotionally.

I'm supportive and non-judgmental. I like to be straightforward in a way that will foster growth and healthy ways of being in the world. Therapy is about shifting those thoughts and behaviors that have kept you from being healthier.

We will discuss everything and anything that you feel comfortable bringing into our session. The focus will be on past behaviors and patterns that have kept you from reaching happiness and satisfaction in your life. Together we will work on tools.

I enjoy working with motivated individuals who want to improve how they manage stress and live their lives. I'm passionate about working with First Gen Latinas, BIPOC members, high achieving WOC, and other Therapists.

Seeing someone work towards their goals, and to be part of that journey, is beyond rewarding to me.
