I became a therapist to help others find healing and hope, inspired by my own journey through depression, anxiety, and self-discovery at a young age.
I'm a member of Resilience Lab — the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve mental health.
In my spare time, I enhance my feelings of peace and connection by taking walks in nature, cuddling with my dog, meditating, enjoying fantasy-based movies and TV shows, and indulging my sweet tooth.
