Honest, open, nonjudgemental. You know yourself the best, and I will be here to support and guide you through whatever life brings.
Therapy is not just for people who are in crisis. I use a strength-based approach when working with my clients. Everyone experiences things differently, which is why my sessions are very client-centered. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Grow your confidence in your ability to handle whatever life brings you. Many people struggle with their mental health in silence out of fear of what will happen if they do say something. You are not alone.
Are you feeling stuck or frustrated? Some people just expect to wake up one day and feel better. Unfortunately, it is not that simple. I will hold you accountable and help you realize that your mental health is very important.
I have worked for an outpatient counseling agency in New Jersey, working with adults and families. I am currently working as a mental health counselor at a high school in southern New Jersey.
