Sessions are usually a mix of deeply processing thoughts, emotions, patterns and themes to help the client have a greater understanding of self combined with relevant interventions and coping skills. I want clients to embrace their authentic self.

I have a certification through Postpartum Support International, which requires two years of experience with pregnant/postpartum individuals, numerous hours of advanced training in this area, and passing an exam on the latest research and treatment.

I've always loved hearing other people's stories and want to help those who are struggling to find the healing they deserve.

I have 14+ years of experience and more than a decade as a licensed psychologist. I've been refining the art and science of therapy for a long time!
