Patient, hospitable, gentle, curious, compassionate.
I approach counseling primarily from an approach called AEDP. The first thing to know is, I enjoy it. Beyond that, it's highly relational, a profound resource for healing trauma, it's empowering, and it's relentlessly curious.
Together, we'll explore the story your feelings, and even your body, are telling, meeting whatever we find with curiosity and compassion. We'll undo the fragmentation that keeps you stuck. Every step toward wholeness is a step toward flourishing.
