I am a fairly directive psychologist and make sure that we goals we are working toward. I will have a plan for each session and a new topic/strategy to introduce to move you closer to your goals while also being flexible to discuss life stressors.

Build awareness of WHY certain things in your life aren't working. We will explore alternative ways of thinking and acting that better support the version of yourself you want to be.

Struggle with ADHD, self-esteem, anxiety, or relationship concerns. I have specialized training to work with adults as well as kids/adolescents and I especially love supporting parents of neurodivergent kids.

I'm a deep feeler and deep thinker who has learned (and is learning!) how to make space for these parts of myself in a messy world.

I have an office space in the St. Louis Park area of MPS-St. Paul and offer flexible telehealth appointments in most states (listed above).
