I help people feel more in-control in everyday life and to overcome life challenges - past and present. By providing a judgement free-space, I help guide self-exploration for growth and change with things like anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Work to find a place where life doesn’t feel so hard and overwhelming. A spot that has less negative thinking and discomfort with emotions. A place where you can wholeheartedly believe that you are worthy of good things and healthy relationships.
Feel challenged with everyday life, struggle in relationships, or feel ready to work through painful past experiences. Negativity and uncomfortable emotions can feel consuming and difficult to manage. Therapy is a place to be able to sort things out.
I strive to be the person I once needed. I'm not a Counselor because I did everything right. I believe in empowering and supporting positive change.
In-person or online, I provide a judgement-free safe space. Making positive connections with my clients is a strong foundation for change and growth.
I use a variety of techniques to help meet each Client's needs. I use a client-centered approach where goals are created together based on the needs you identify. Creating your own goals allows you to use this space for what feels beneficial to you.
