My expertise lies in helping adolescents & adults navigate and find healing from the impact of trauma. I integrate nervous system-informed approaches like Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) & Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

With a trauma-informed & client-centered lens, I work to guide clients to compassionately observe their stories, beliefs, experiences, and bodies to build a foundation of security within themselves for a greater sense of balance.
