You, the client, are the writer of your own story and it is my goal to support you through any personal work, trauma processing, diagnosis, or disabilities you experience. I view life as a journey, and I provide clients with a well-rounded approach.

Together we can process trauma, create client-specific treatment plans and goals, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and improve your overall mental health and well-being. I have experience at the Ph.D. level as a professor and doctoral student.

My specialties include trauma, anxiety and depression, ADHD, phase of life transitions, college students, legal/medical trauma, and disabilities, etc. I am a disability advocate.
