I often utilize IFS/parts work, DBT, and TF-CBT therapy models with my clients. My goal is to help you grow, become your personal best, and to help you heal from challenging and difficult experiences-both past and present.
Together we can identify past trauma(s), make connections between past and present, and identify relevant patterns. This process will allow you to understand anxious and/or traumatic responses and do the work to allow those parts of you to heal.
