I like to be as real and relatable as possible. Therapy can be a daunting adventure, so I like to create an environment that as comfortable and safe.
I place emphasis on meeting you where you are at. I tend to focus on solution based planning through cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and integrating dialectic behavioral therapy skills when appropriate.
We start by discussing what is currently plaguing you and bringing you to seek therapy. Together we will come up with a plan for creating immediate relief, with the hope that it will then allow discovery in to root causes for sustained growth.
