I take a holistic approach to explore each individual and the many systems that make us who we are. I incorporate several techniques through CBT, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, Family Systems, Solution Focused and Strength Based therapies to assist.
My experience and training have been helping clients to cope with trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, chronic illness, caregiver fatigue, self-esteem and depression issues.
