I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, PTSD, childhood trauma, adoption challenges, and recovery. I also support “outsiders” and creatives who seek to be heard, process trauma, change patterns, and live a more fulfilling life.

I became a therapist to provide trauma-informed care, inspired by my experience adopting my son and my work in international human rights.

I'm a member of Resilience Lab — the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve mental health.

I like to use humor when appropriate, bringing a lighthearted touch to our work. Living in a renovated barn, you might also hear birds nesting outside my office, adding a peaceful backdrop to our sessions.
