I work with adults experiencing difficulty with anxiety and mood disorders. They want to step out of their comfort zone, use their thoughts and strengths to address life's changes and cultivate interpersonal resolutions.
I hope to help clients heal, identify, and use their strengths and thoughts to address life challenges and create a ripple effect of positivity.
I'm a member of Resilience Lab — the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve mental health.
As an active community member, I often volunteer and help with my church's health and children's ministry. From these experiences, I can continue to live out my mission: meeting individuals where they are and helping them get where they want to be.
