I am playful and direct. I will tell you how it is. I am open about being part of the neurodiverse community, and having done my own work.
I love incorporating animals, nature, art, and play into therapy, and I am direct, but gentle and playful. I believe that we all need practice to change and incorporate ways to practice good mental health in session. I love being outside.
Anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loss, ADHD, self acceptance, and coping techniques for dealing with all of the above.
I have worked with adults and children diagnosed with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, ODD, and anger management issues. I have experience working with youth in foster care and juvenile services.
I offer therapy on my personal farm where we can work in my barn office, the barn aisle, or we can walk around/sit with the horses and other animals.
