I use a lot of humor and validation, so many of my clients feel comfortable sharing details of their lives they haven't shared with anyone else.

My approach is as unique as you are. We all have gone through different life experiences, so I know a "one-size-fits-all" approach doesn't work for real and lasting change.

Some broad themes include: relational trauma, family dynamics, current perspective of the world, how living in the US currently shapes how you think and feel about yourself, sex and orientation, and more.

Specialties include burnout, relational trauma, current relationship difficulties, difficulties navigating being a woman or gender minority in the US, life transitions, stress, and more.

I grew up in a difficult family system and want to help folks navigate those relationships and their lasting imprint.

My building is in the heart of Towson and has free parking! Many of my clients also remark that my office is peaceful and serene.
