I favor the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach. All aspects of your personality have dignity, especially those that feel like defects. Even what we dislike in ourselves carry valuable messages deserving of our curious compassion.

Please come however you are with whatever you have left. Perhaps you are shamed, weary, or just stuck. The courage to be known and to present yourself in weakness is the foundation to thrive.

Couples, individuals, groups, those surviving an addiction, living with anxiety and/or depression, navigating a relational conflict, grief, sexual identity, trauma, and those seeking a safe space to understand themselves.

My own healing encounter with depression, guilt, and shame encouraged me to pursue this field.
