I strive to be transparent, genuine, and realistic. I also work to challenge my clients and offer insight into the motivations behind their behaviors.
I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Jungian therapy. I encourage clients to explore their internal world through shadow work while working to accept the aspects of ourselves that bring us guilt and shame.
Together we will work to establish goals you want to achieve with therapy and develop action plans for you to focus on between your sessions. As we progress we will evaluate the barriers you encounter and celebrate your success.
