During our work together, it is my goal to instill a feeling of hope. I desire for you to experience a deeper understanding of self and peace.
All bodies are awesome! It is an honor for me to serve as a partner in your journey to reclaim your body from diet culture. I am a Health at Every Size (HAES) and intuitive eating practitioner.
In a typical session, I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can express whatever you might be feeling or thinking. I employ evidence-based treatment including CBT, DBT, ACT, and family support.
I specialize in eating disorders, food/eating concerns, body image concerns, and overexercise. I specialize in the treatment of emotional eating, binge eating disorder, avoidant restrictive food intake disorder, "anorexia athletica," and more.
Connection is the most meaningful experience we have as humans, and creating connection is what I have found to be most fulfilling in life.
During our work together, it is my goal to instill a feeling of hope and to experience a deeper understanding of self and the peace that comes along.
